What to do in the event of a claim

In the event of an accident involving a third party (injury or damage to property) which could give rise to a claim, it is important that you notify our claims department and/or your insurance broker immediately. While immediate steps should be taken to provide first aid to the injured party, do not tamper with any evidence which could prejudice our investigations. It is important that you do not admit liability for the accident and that you notify us immediately of any legal correspondence or other correspondence you may receive in connection with the accident. These should be passed on to us immediately and unanswered.
