On Saturday 25th November, GasanMamo Insurance supported once more an event organised by the Maltese Diabetes Association which was organised at PAMA Shopping Village in Mosta. The intention of this event was to celebrate World Diabetes Day, which is globally-celebrated on the 14th November every year and to upsurge awareness about diabetes amongst the local public.
During this event MDA offered free diabetes screening to everyone as part of its continuous effort to reach more people in Malta create awareness, prevent diabetes among at-risk populations, and ensure that all people with diabetes get the best care, treatment, and information about how to manage their diabetes. GasanMamo is proud to have supported this initiative knowing that diabetes might be a dangerous and life-threatening disease. It’s a proven fact that early identification of one’s risk is the first step to prevention of diabetes and its complications.
