The new online travel claim procedure is very user friendly and will allow clients to select the sections under which they wish to claim. It will also guide them through the various steps for completing and submitting the claim. Once the claim form is completed and submitted, you will receive a computer generated email acknowledgement together with a claim reference number and a copy of the travel claim form completed for your records. The claim will then be processed, and you will be contacted by GasanMamo in order to complete the claims procedure.
