We are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist to work in our Motor Claims Department. This job is ideal for someone who likes working in a busy environment, assisting visitors and answering and directing telephone calls.
A typical day would include you greeting customers, welcoming them into the claims office, and directing them to the proper person. You will answer all incoming telephone calls for the department and redirect them to the appropriate person, keep and distribute messages and responding to queries from customers. Also, you will assist in the department by performing general clerical duties including the registering of new claims in the computer system.
We are looking for someone who is friendly with an easy-going personality, has excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues. No previous experience is needed as all the necessary on-the-job training will be provided.
We are ideally looking for candidates with a good standard of education, familiar with Microsoft Office and fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
