We have a vacancy in our Personal & Commercial Underwriting Department. We are looking for a mature, flexible individual capable of working under minimum supervision. The job involves:
- greeting customers to the department, answering all departmental incoming calls and re-routing them to relevant parties;
- general administration duties;
- chasing customers, tied intermediaries and brokers for policy renewal
- data entry on internal systems and processing of documentation.
If you:
- have excellent telephone manners;
- can offer a warm and friendly greeting to customers;
- are smart, well organised and computer literate;
- have strong interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and are a team player capable of working within an enthusiastic and motivated team;
- have a working knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- are fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English;
- are in possession of a minimum six (6) Ordinary Level certificates (including English, Maths and Maltese)
