As part of its social and community programme, GasanMamo organised a blood donation day outside their Head Office in Gzira. Several organisations in the vicinity were invited to participate and the response was astounding. Generous staff at GasanMamo Insurance, Mizzi Organisation, Allcare, Network Publications gave up some of their work time to donate blood at the Blood Donation Mobile Unit set up specifically for the event.

“Regular blood donation ensures there is enough supply of blood for the demand at the Blood Bank” said Julian J. Mamo, Director of GasanMamo Insurance. 

“Our aim for this event was to raise awareness on the importance of regular donation among our employees, their families and the public and we hope to keep up this commitment yearly.  We thank employees from all participating companies for coming on board and for participating.”
